Marine Technical Superintendency
Technical superintendency covering preparation and execution of repairs, modifications, and dry dockings for vessel operators and owners.
RASGO engagements during superintendency tasks are focused on execution within a defined scope, role, and access. Involvement may include preparation, execution-phase oversight, or technical attendance, depending on appointments.
Engagements include dry dock supervision, repair supervision, and technical attendance at shipyards.

Execution Control
Execution-phase involvement includes observation of repair, modification, and docking activities as work progresses. Attention is given to work sequence, access, and technical interfaces. Execution is reviewed against approved scope, drawings, and procedures, and execution-phase risks and deviations are identified as they arise.
Focus on managing execution risk during repair and docking operations.

Quality & Completion Control
Inspections, testing, and trials are observed as instructed. Reinstatement and close-out activities are monitored, and execution status at completion is documented, including deviations and outstanding items within scope.
Dry Dock Superintendency
Where engaged for docking periods, involvement may include preparation of docking scope and observation of execution while in dock. Attention is given to critical path activities, access-dependent work, sequencing, and reinstatement, with particular focus on execution-driven risk during docking and undocking phases.

Yard & Contractor Interface
Engagement at the interface between owner, yard, class, and contractors includes monitoring of concurrent activities, interface conditions, and execution constraints. Deviations, changes, and unforeseen conditions encountered during execution are recorded and addressed within the limits of the appointed role.
